A Structured 3-Month Engagement

This program is designed for founders carrying real responsibility, where decisions have lasting impact. It combines private 1:1 sessions, practical exercises, and applied protocols to strengthen inner authority, capacity, and execution clarity.

This is not open-ended coaching, therapy, or motivation work. Every session is a defined, high-leverage step toward stable, self-led leadership under

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Cadence: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, adjusted to your schedule and stage

  • Focus per session: Decision clarity, attention training, capacity maintenance, and strategic action

  • Integration: Between sessions you apply practical tools to consolidate

INVESTMENT €1,500 - €1,900 for solo or scaling founders.

More complex or high-capacity leadership situations are considered individually, upon request.
